With a family, you will be able to continue practising the language after class and they will make you feel as if you were one of the family. The Programa Internacional de Estudios de Español has been working for several years with a group of families accustomed to receiving international students into their homes. Usually, if you live with a family, you will have a private room with a study table and a wardrobe. To live with a Spanish family you will have to bring your own towels; you will need nothing more.The option of living in an apartment allows you to have more independence.
The apartments are situated in the center of the city, a maximum of 15 minutes walking from the language centre. They are fully furnished with a washing machine, television and bed linens. We do recommend, though, that you bring your own towels for personal use. The quoted prices include the cost of utilities. The only cost not included is gas, which will most likely cost about 9.00 euros per person/month.
Students living in apartments will also have to pay a deposit of 150.00 € which will be refunded at the end of their stay, provided that the apartament has been well kept.
