Your first day Because the first day can be kind of hectic with everything being new, below is the schedule of what will happen as well as a couple reminders.  9:00 am      Placement Exam: All students who have studied Spanish previously are expected to take the placement exam.                     The placement exam consists of a written part and an oral part. This exam is intended to evaluate your current                     Spanish level and place you in the appropriate class, so don´t stress about it. When you arrive one of the                     professors will direct you as to where to go. For those who have had no prior experience with Spanish, you do                     not have to take the exam; class will start that very day. 11:00 am     Orientation: All students are expected to attend an orientation in the Salon de Actos. This orientation will be in                     both English and Spanish and will discuss various aspects of the program and life in Ronda. 12:00 pm     Tour of Ronda: A tour of Ronda will be given by a official guide of Ronda. It is an excellent way to get to know Ronda                     “through the eyes of a Rondeño”. We will meet our guide on the ground floor in the indoor patio. Reminders: 1) Bring your passport with you on the first day and give a copy of it to the Programs Coordinator upon arrival.      His/her desk is located in the office labelled “secretaría”. He/she will return it to you during the orientation. 2) Bring 2 passport-sized photos with you to school if you have not already sent them. One is needed for the application     and the other for your student ID.
